How To Connect Responsibly With This Free Life

We created “THIS FREE LIFE℠” to give you helpful information about tobacco facts that are based on science; facts so you can decide for yourself. Our social media platforms are monitored seven days a week from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. ET. We will respond to your questions, comments, and concerns as quickly as possible.

If you want to stop using tobacco, you can get free help without giving anyone your personal information. Visit http://smokefree.gov/lgbt or call: 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669). You can chat online with a counselor: livehelp.cancer.gov. They want to help you, and it’s totally free.

If you or someone you know is experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please seek immediate help. Call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to reach the free 24-hour Suicide Prevention Lifeline, or dial 911. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, runs the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org. (Para obtener asistencia en español durante las 24 horas, llame al 1-888-628-9454)
